This plan is perfect if you are a busy person and don’t have time to go to the gym. You will complete the workouts in about one hour and feel very good after. With the Squat Challenge you have to train three days a week and each workout day will be a challenge for you.
This plan is far advanced more than the 8 week home edition challenge since it is much longer and the exercises are more challenging.
